After attending webinars by Food Science researchers at the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology in Kenya, he learnt about probiotic beverages like mala, kombucha and yogurt. This newfound knowledge inspired him to experiment with plant-based alternatives, using the same vegetables from his mother’s smoothies as key ingredients. After years of refining his formulations, Andile transitioned from dairy-based products to a fully plant-based line, giving rise to WELL ‘N WELL.
