Items bought on Ourlives Store directly have 14 days to return policy. If your items are faulty or damaged, your return will be collected free of charge. Please contact Customer Service (email@example.com)
Items bought directly from our affiliated brands, will need to contact the brand the product was purchased from, however our team can also assist in making sure that you are helped.
