Founded in 2018 by Ntando Alfinete, Alfinete Solutions is a website design and development firm that offers help with designing logos, business cards and company registration. The business takes pleasure in doing everything possible to offer top-notch services at competitive pricing so that customers receive the best.
After realising that many people in the neighbourhood were starting businesses and needed websites and logos to assist them sell their goods and services, Ntando decided to form the firm as a private corporation. His main motivation for starting a business was the desire to assist others in growing their enterprises and customer bases.
The company’s name originated from its goal of assisting business owners with their branding and marketing through websites and appealing logos. To give customers the best possible experience and quality, the business takes pride in doing its best to offer quality services at reasonable pricing.
Ntando stated that word-of-mouth marketing, social media advertising, and the marketing firm “Evoke advertising” are some of the methods he uses to promote the business. He also stated that his  ideas generally come from what the customer wants and what they want people to think or learn about their company.
“Communication plays a vital role in any business, so I do my best to communicate via social media and I will also start using newsletters to reach potential clients and existing ones,” he said.
The need to surpass his  limits and improve as an entrepreneur/business owner is what motivates Ntando. When asked about his biggest fear and how he manages it. He said, “Failing. I always give my best so even when I fail, I know that it’s a lesson learned and not a measure of my potential.”
Ntando shared that the most satisfying moment in his business is the  appreciation and gratitude he receives from a client after providing a service for them. He also believes that passion, confidence, consistency and discipline are important tools for success.
