Podcast and Chill with MacG soars to new heights: reaches 1 million subscribers!
Congratulations are in order for Macgyver Mukwevho popularly known as MacG. The award-winning podcaster is the first South African, and African to reach a million podcast subscribers for his podcast ‘Podcast and Chill with MacG’.
Mukwevho born on November 6, 1988, started as a Craze TV presenter in 2000 and went on to become a popular radio host, DJ, actor, and house music producer.
To date, MacG has one of the biggest podcast channels on the African continent. Podcast and Chill with MacG which he co-hosts with Sol Phenduka and the Ghost Lady is an interactive podcast that touches on trending topics and profiles celebs with no limits.
The podcast was established in 2018, with the first episode airing in July of that year with the original trio, MacG, Ghost Lady, and Lenn Moleko who was replaced by Sol Phenduka in 2020. A year later, Podcast and Chill: Celebrity Edition was launched to have conversations and interviews with SA’s most elite celebrities and entertainment personalities.
The podcast is produced under the Podcast and Chill Network which also produces several other trending podcasts hosted by well-known personalities, each catering for different audiences and covering various topics.
